TORTA CAPRESE AL CIOCCOLATO

The original Torta Caprese (made with dark chocolate, ground almonds and more often than not, Strega liqueur) is named after the island of Capri, where it is said to have been invented.
gluten-free, as always: just almonds, chocolate, sugar and eggs. Heavenly paired with a raspberry coulis in the summer and fall.  6"  14oz.

ingredients: almonds, Aristocrat cocoa, a premium cocoa containing 22-24% cocoa butter, Wilbur unsweetened chocolate, organic unrefined sugar, butter, eggs, celtic sea salt.  Nothing else!!  Does not contain alcohol.
