double-chocolate salted shortbread (naturally low-sugar), with chocolate chunks. made with organic Oberkülmer Spelt, and organic sugars.  Oberkülmer Spelt is a robust Swiss landrace wheat which is a true spelt with no modern wheat genetics.

Ingredients: organic ancient grain Oberkülmer Spelt flour, organic butter, organic unrefined cane sugar, Aristocrat cocoa (22-24% cocoa butter), organic chocolate chunks, celtic sea salt.  Nothing else!

You can restore the crisp texture of cookies that have softened by heating them in a 300-degree oven for about 10 minutes. Let the cookies cool completely before serving.
